Kief is the name commonly used to describe the harvested sticky, powder-like crystals found on marijuana flower that can produce a more intense high. It is the accumulation of the luminous resin trichomes that form on the leaves and buds of marijuana. Trichomes are tiny, bulbous glands that protrude from the surface of the buds and leaves of late-stage cannabis plants. These trichomes can be removed from the plant material, producing kief, a powerfully concentrated form of cannabis.

I've been purchasing Kief from ***** for more than a year now and I recently purchased 2 7gram containers. When it arrived 1 had kief, the other, something not kief. The staff who is normally very helpful was incredibly useless this time and claimed what I received was kief. I provided very clear proof in the form of a photo that I received 2 completely different products. Customer support still refused to help me. I feel like my business is not welcome anymore and don't think I'll risk placing an order in the future

I've been a customer for over a year now and I have to say the last few orders of this product have been a real disappointment. The kief is not even usable as I have to dry it out for several days to be even able to work with it. On top of this, Canada post is a terrible company to use to deliver anything. I paid for express post and it took a week for my order to arrive. I'm seriously considering just buying from a government run store or go back to the black market from now on
